Has anyone heard of the work being done by the South Texas Human Rights Center in cases like Kevin Cordon Oliva's? It's unbelievable the risks people face when trying to cross the brushlands. I read that they have a hotline and put out water stations to save lives. It's such a treacherous journey, and knowing there's an organization dedicated to helping these people and their families is somewhat comforting. But with the vast area they have to cover and the lack of immediate info, it feels like such an uphill battle. I truly hope they can bring peace to Kevin's family soon.
