I've been thinking a lot about the evidence gathered in the Marvell McFadden case, and I find it strange that despite recovering two firearms from the scene, no charges have been filed. It makes me wonder about the relationship between McFadden and the other individual involved in the altercation. Were the firearms both theirs, or is there a possibility of another party being involved that we don't know about? It seems there is a lot more to uncover in terms of who these weapons belonged to and how they ended up being used in this tragic event. My heart goes out to McFadden’s family. This uncertainty must be incredibly tough for them to deal with. I'm hoping for some answers soon, both for their sake and for justice to be served. Anyone have more insights on these kinds of cases and how they typically resolve?

I've been following the McFadden case for a while now, and something keeps nagging at me. Why was no one charged immediately that day, especially with all the evidence and witnesses around? I understand they needed to gather everything thoroughly and make sure all the dots connect, but still. I can only imagine how Marvell's family must be feeling—waiting all this time without any updates or justice. It's concerning that a case with so much potential evidence is still unresolved. Anyone else have thoughts or insights on why this might be taking so long? Maybe some legal folks here can shed light on what might be happening behind the scenes. Keeping Marvell's loved ones in my thoughts as they endure this awful waiting period.
