It's been over four years, and the pain hasn't faded for the Turner family and those who cared for Wallace. One angle that gives me pause is how out of character this was for Wallace. By all accounts, he seemed like someone who stayed out of trouble and focused on providing for his kids. So why target him in such a ruthless manner? I remember reading that he graduated from Waldo Community School at just 16—clearly a bright guy with potential. It's chilling to think of someone who had an impact on his community being taken away so violently. Did he know his killer? Was there something happening in his life around that time that folks might not have been aware of? I think any small detail someone might remember about the days leading up to January 27, 2019, could be crucial. There should be no peace until justice is served. Turner’s family, and his children in particular, deserve to know why this happened to someone they loved and looked up to. If anyone in the community has any information that could help bring closure, even the smallest detail, now is the time to speak up.
