I've been thinking a lot about the neighborhood where Mindy and her mom lived. Tucson in the late '80s wasn't exactly known for being crime-ridden, so it makes me wonder if someone targeted them specifically. Did they maybe have a noticeable routine, or could someone have been watching the house for a while to figure out their comings and goings? It’s chilling to think that their own home, a place where they should have felt safe, became the scene of something so horrific. Also, does anyone know if neighbors reported seeing anything unusual that night? Sometimes these cases hinge on tiny, overlooked details. My heart really goes out to their family and friends—even after all these years, I can't imagine the pain of not having answers.

Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about the devastating case of Mindy Peters and her mom, Marie Champagne. One thing that's been on my mind is the choice of their final resting place. East Lawn Palms Cemetery in Tucson seems to hold so much history, and it's often a quiet sanctuary where families can find a bit of solace. I can't help but feel for the friends and family who visit their graves, likely still seeking comfort and answers. Does anyone know if there have been any memorials or events held there over the years to honor their memories? Maybe bringing attention to such gestures could help keep the case in the public eye and perhaps lead to more clues coming forward. Their story deserves to be solved, and they deserve justice. Stay safe out there, everyone.
