I've been following the discussions about the tragic events at the Jack in the Box in Phoenix, and I can't stop thinking about Beatriz Alvarado. Imagine the terror she faced. She was just doing her job, and in a matter of moments, everything changed. I read that she was known for being incredibly kind to her customers, often remembered by regulars for her warm smile. I'm so heartened to see many in the community keeping her memory alive through various tributes and memorials. It's a reminder of how important it is to come together and support each other through such senseless acts of violence. My thoughts go out to her family and friends, hoping they find some peace in knowing she touched so many lives.
