Has anyone else been following the Wendy Gessing case in Crest Hill? I keep thinking about the detail that she disappeared shortly after leaving her boyfriend's restaurant. That seems fishy to me considering he was the last person to see her—or so it seems. It's odd that several days just pass by with her missing, and then her car shows up in Joliet…abandoned. Makes me wonder what happened between those last moments at work and the discovery of her CRV. Did she leave on her own? Was someone else involved? Just can't shake the feeling that something crucial is being overlooked here. Would love to hear if anyone else has theories or maybe some insight into similar cases.

Has anyone heard about any updates on the Wendy Gessing case? I'm really curious about the timeline between her disappearance on June 12 and that Motel 6 sighting on June 16. There's a lot of mystery around those four days. Does anyone have more details on her boyfriend? I know he owns the restaurant where she was last seen, but there hasn't been much said about his involvement or lack thereof. It's strange that her car was found in Joliet, but it seems like there hasn’t been much follow-up on that lead. Would love to hear any thoughts or theories people might have.
