I can't stop thinking about the incredible bravery of the SWAT team during the standoff at the Storer Avenue residence. The way they managed to safely escort a family, including a young child, out of a potentially dangerous situation is nothing short of heroic. It's so easy to overlook the individual acts of courage that happen behind the scenes amidst such chaos. Knowing they had to deal with an armed suspect who had already demonstrated violence must have been terrifying, yet they carried out the operation with such precision. This situation must be incredibly tough for Darnell McGrady's family, having to come to terms with such a tragic loss. I hope they find some comfort and justice as the case unfolds. Just awful to think about.
