Does anyone else find it unsettling how close this incident happened to places that are supposed to be safe havens, like the churches and daycare nearby? It's such a stark reminder of how violence can permeate even our most sacred and protected spaces. I can only imagine the anxiety that parents and local community members must be feeling right now. Pastor Deaver's call for collaboration is so important, but it still feels like we need more concrete steps to make these areas genuinely secure. Praying that the Fayetteville community can come together to find some solutions and justice for Carlos Person Jr.'s family. It's just tragic to see yet another young life lost.
