Hey everyone, I came across a mention of Romel White's passing and had a question about something that isn't being discussed much. Has anyone looked into community outreach programs in St. Louis and how they might be affected by these incidents? It got me thinking about how youth violence impacts community resources and if there are preventative measures being discussed, or if existing programs are getting more support or recognition. It's just so hard to see young lives lost without considering the broader picture, especially if there's no news coverage or public conversation happening yet. Living in an area like this, you can't help but wonder how the community is responding quietly behind the scenes. Do programs aiming to offer kids a lifeline change when tragedies like this occur? I hope Romel's family and friends are surrounded by love and support during this time.
