I've read that the community is pretty shaken up, which is completely understandable. It's alarming when violence hits close to home, especially in such a random, unprovoked way. It makes you realize how vulnerable we all are in our daily lives. I hope the ongoing investigation sheds more light on what happened that day and why. People deserve to know the full story, especially since it seems Rakib didn’t even know his attacker. Sending thoughts of peace and healing to everyone affected.
