Hey everyone, I've been following the tragic event in Theodore, Alabama, and there’s something I’ve been thinking about—how resilient the community there seems to be in the face of such devastation. Dante “Red” Desantis’s passing is such a heavy loss, not only to his family but to everyone who knew him or was touched by his kindness. I didn't know him personally, but reading about all the lives he influenced, it's clear he left a remarkable legacy. It’s heartening to see the community coming together to support the victims and their families through the GoFundMe campaign. The outpouring of support shows how strong the human spirit can be when faced with tragedy. Even in the darkest times, people are reaching out, showing they care, and doing whatever they can to help. This response gives me hope that we can foster some good out of such a heartbreaking situation. Also, a shout-out to those who are providing information and working with investigators to bring justice for Dante and those injured.
