I still can't wrap my head around how quickly everything unfolded on that January night at The Palms on Lamar. It's so jarring to think about how Fritzgerald Bissereth's life was abruptly taken and the shockwave it must've sent through his family and friends. While I’m relieved that they found and sentenced Harris, it leaves so many questions unanswered. Does anyone have any thoughts on why the motive hasn't been disclosed? It seems raising awareness could potentially offer closure or even prevent future tragedies. My heart goes out to everyone affected by this senseless act. It’s frightening to see these things happening in Austin more frequently. What can we do as a community to help change this narrative?
