I just can't wrap my head around the fact that Omarian and Gayle, both just kids with promising lives ahead of them, got caught up in this madness. Everyone keeps talking about the shooting itself, but has anyone considered what this implies for organizations like Café Momentum? They're doing incredible work helping young people build their futures and proof of their success is how much love they're showing for Omarian now. It’s so devastating that his life ended this way. This shouldn’t deter support for such programs, though. If anything, we need more support systems in place to prevent these tragedies. Sending love and strength to Omarian’s family and praying for Gayle's recovery. These young people deserve so much better.
