I was just reading through some updates about Daquan Weatherly’s case and something that caught my attention was the role of the community in helping to solve the case. It's powerful to see how neighbors came together to provide information and support the investigation. It must be incredibly difficult for Daquan's family and friends to cope with this loss, but knowing that there are people around them willing to stand up and help brings a little hope. I really hope the police can find all those responsible so that Daquan’s family can find some peace. It's just another tough reminder of the need to address violence in communities like Killeen. Has anyone heard any more about potential initiatives or community meetings that are being organized in response?
