Has anyone looked into weather reports from that day around St. Marks Lighthouse? I'm curious about how severe this storm was and if there were any sudden changes that could have caught them by surprise. Local weather can be unpredictable around the Gulf, and sometimes those quick changes can create really dangerous situations for boaters. If anyone has old local news links or firsthand stories about that day's weather conditions, it might help paint a clearer picture of what Christopher and his friend were dealing with out there. Stay safe, everyone.
