I came across this case recently and haven't been able to stop thinking about how close-knit communities have to grapple with such sudden losses. Arthur Zapata Sr.'s murder is truly shocking for those who knew him and even for those of us just learning about it. Having grown up in a small town myself, I can imagine how hard it must be for the community around Post, TX, to deal with such news. Arthur was known for his passion and dedication to his work and even more for the love he had for his family. In small towns, often everyone knows everyone, making these types of incidents all the more painful. I hope they're able to find peace and justice as this case unfolds. Sending love and strength to Arthur's family and friends.
