I can’t stop thinking about the surviving male victim in this case. It's horrifying to imagine being in a situation where you're bound and at the mercy of two armed intruders. Knowing you walked away physically unharmed, while someone you were likely close to didn’t, must weigh heavily on him. I hope he’s surrounded by support, both emotional and psychological, because trauma like this can have lasting effects. Does anyone know if there are any efforts within the community to offer support or if he’s made any statements? Healing is going to be a long road, and I truly hope he’s getting whatever help he needs. This whole situation is so terribly sad for everyone involved, especially Deleon’s family. Wishing strength to all who were affected by this senseless act.
