The arrest of Carrie Burns in connection with the tragic death of Christy Burns is something I can't wrap my head around. These sisters must have shared so many memories growing up together. What could possibly drive someone to such a devastating act? I read that Christy was highly respected in her field and had just retired a few years ago. It's unimaginable to think of all the contributions she still had to offer to her community and former students. It's so important that we rally around their family and provide them with the support they need during this overwhelming time. I hope the ongoing investigation sheds light on the motive behind this incident soon. Has anyone heard any updates from the community in Kerrville?
