I’ve been following the Pete Gonzales Eguia case with so much heaviness in my heart. It’s so chilling to think how his life was tragically cut short and how there are still no leads. A detail that particularly stands out to me is the condition and location of his 2017 Nissan. Found with front-end damage but miles away from where his body was discovered — could this be a clue to what really happened? Was the vehicle possibly involved in an altercation, or maybe it was moved to throw investigators off track? I can only imagine how difficult each day is for Pete’s family, not knowing who is responsible for this horrific crime. My thoughts go out to them, especially his children and grandchildren. Living with the uncertainty and pain must be incredibly tough.
