I've been following the case of Thaddeus Eugene Conway Jackson, and something that's been weighing on my mind is the role of bystanders in these tragic events. It's unbearable to think about how witnesses must have felt in those terrifying moments. I've read that someone actually filmed the incident — can you imagine being there, witnessing something so horrific, and having the presence of mind to record it? While it helps law enforcement and supports the case, I can't help but think about the emotional toll it takes on those individuals, knowing they carry that image with them forever. Also, it makes me wonder about the safety of that apartment complex and whether the community feels secure after such violence occurred so close to home. My heart goes out to Thaddeus's family and friends, as well as to anyone else impacted by what happened. I hope justice is served and that the community can begin to heal from this tragedy. Does anyone know if there have been efforts to increase security or if there’s any community support in place for those affected by witnessing the incident?
