Has anyone else been looking into the connection between Melissa's disappearance and Derek Hammer's legal troubles? It's hard not to wonder if there's more to that story. From what I’ve gathered, Melissa was actively cooperating with the authorities against him, which must have put her in a really vulnerable position. Could this have been a motive for someone to want her out of the picture? It's just unsettling that her truck was found relatively close to her boyfriend's place but she’s nowhere to be found. I wonder if there's more information about anyone else who might have had a reason to harm her. Could be worth digging into if she had confided in anyone about feeling threatened or if she noticed anything suspicious leading up to her disappearance. It's just so troubling that there seem to be more questions than answers at this point. What do you all think?

Has anyone else been following the Melissa Trumpy case? Has there been any discussion about the location where her truck was found? It's always stuck with me that it was abandoned only 15 minutes from her boyfriend's house. It feels significant for some reason—like maybe it was meant to be that close, but not directly implicating anyone. Also, I'm curious if there were any signs of struggle in or around the truck? I haven't come across any specific details about the state it was found in. I just hope the investigators have been able to gather as much info as possible from that site. Any thoughts?
