Hey everyone, I've been following the Fort Worth prom afterparty case and wanted to talk about something that’s often overlooked in these situations: the role of social media in escalating such events. It’s really unsettling how an address initially intended for a small group spiraled into a massive gathering merely by being shared online. I can only imagine the stress and fear felt by the homeowner and their family when things got out of control. This tragedy highlights how quickly things can escalate when social media gets involved. It's a sobering reminder that we need to be cautious about sharing personal event details publicly. My heart truly goes out to Daniel Moreno's family and friends – no family or community should have to go through this. I'm hopeful that with people coming forward, justice will be served and lessons on safe social media usage will be learned from this devastating event.
