Hello everyone, I wanted to share my thoughts after coming across this tragic incident involving Anthony Powe. It's truly a sad situation for his family and friends, especially considering his young age and all the things he had enthusiasm for, like fashion and spending time with loved ones. It's hard to believe that this bright life was taken so abruptly. As the community comes together during this difficult time, I can't help but think about the area where it happened. Does anyone know if that part of Waco has seen incidents like this before? I'm wondering if this area has been a concern or if this was an isolated incident. It might help to understand to see if there are underlying issues that need addressing for everyone's safety in the neighborhood. Sending all my thoughts to Anthony's family and hoping for some breakthroughs in the investigation soon. If anyone lives nearby and knows more, please share, or report any details to the authorities. Stay safe, everyone.

Just got done reading about Anthony Powe's case, and my heart truly goes out to his family and friends. I can't even imagine the pain they're going through right now. It's just so devastating that yet another life has been cut so short. I'm really curious about the surrounding area of South 12th Street where this happened. Does anyone local know if that spot has a history of crime, or if there’s been any increase in incidents recently? Sometimes areas become hotspots for reasons like poor lighting or other factors. It might give us some context about what might have happened leading up to the shooting. Also, really wishing the investigation team all the best in piecing everything together and hoping for any bystanders or people with info to come forward. Anthony's family deserves answers and justice for what happened. Stay strong, Waco.
