Was anyone else really struck by the sheer number of people and cars around at the time of Jamal Cooksey’s tragic shooting, yet the shooter still managed to evade justice? It’s haunting to think someone could pull off such an act in a crowded area and just vanish into the night. I can't help but feel for Jamal's family and friends; they must be in deep anguish thinking there were so many potential witnesses around. Surely someone must have seen or heard something that could help the police. It's frustrating that the black Kia Optima hasn't led to more answers yet. If anyone was in the area that night or knows someone who was, even the smallest detail could make a huge difference in bringing closure to this case.
