Has anyone else had a chance to listen to the police scanner audio from the Kingwood incident? It's chilling to hear what those officers went through when they arrived at the scene. I can't imagine the terror they must have felt with Byron Hall firing at them. You can sense the tension in their voices, but their restraint in such a high-pressure situation is commendable. I just keep thinking about the two kids found upstairs. Thank goodness they weren't physically harmed, but I am deeply worried about the trauma they might face now. I'm hoping the community can rally around and provide them with the support they need. Does anyone know if there are any local resources or support groups stepping in to help the family and those affected? It's essential we find ways to support them beyond just the immediate aftermath.
