I’ve been following this tragic case closely, and something that really stands out to me is the community response. It seems like Angel Daniel Saldivar's arrest has sparked a lot of conversations about safety in the area, which I think is incredibly important. People here in Houston are understandably on edge. We have to remember that Oscar Alexis Archila-Estrade was just 19, a young life cut short far too soon. It’s heartening to see neighbors coming together, discussing ways to support each other and cooperate with law enforcement to prevent such things from happening again. It goes to show that even in the face of tragedy, there’s a sense of community trying to ensure a safer environment. Hopefully, justice will be served and perhaps lead to more proactive measures in the area.
