I was thinking about how Coury's actions in that moment were so incredibly brave, even amidst all the chaos. It saddens me to know that his attempt to confront the situation somehow led to such a tragic end. By all accounts, it seems like he was trying to stand up and do the right thing when things escalated. It's devastating that his courage and desire to protect others cost him his life. I can only imagine what his family and friends are going through right now—losing someone who seemed to have such a strong sense of justice and community must be incredibly difficult. My thoughts are with them as they navigate these painful times. Does anyone know more about how Coury was in life or how his loved ones are coping now?
