The details emerging from this case just keep getting more and more unsettling. I really can't stop thinking about those two innocent children who had to witness such a horrific tragedy. It breaks my heart to imagine what they must be going through right now, losing both their mom and grandmother like that. I'm glad they're with family, but the emotional scars from being present during the ordeal are unimaginable. On another note, I'm kind of perplexed about the motive here. It seems like Brodrick gave up pretty easily after the fact, which makes me wonder if this was a crime of passion or something premeditated. It's chilling to think about the mindset of someone capable of such violence, especially against their own family. Hoping for some answers as the investigation continues and that justice is served for Donnielle and Shirley. Also sending thoughts to everyone affected by this, especially those kids. They deserve all the love and support we can give.
