Hey everyone, I’ve been following the case of Stephanie Pelfrey and something that's been bugging me is the delay in reporting her missing. It took over a year and a half for any official action to be taken, which seems extremely unusual. Does anyone have any insight into why this might have happened? I've read in some forums that family dynamics or misunderstandings can sometimes lead to such delays, but given that her husband filed for divorce based on her absence, it really makes me wonder what was happening behind the scenes. Could there have been an assumption that she left voluntarily, or was there simply a lack of communication within the family? Any theories or similar cases where such a late report occurred?
