Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Ruben Velazquez and something keeps nagging at me. During the court proceedings, witnesses mentioned that Lopez got out of his vehicle before firing at Ruben and his friend. Given how risky it is to approach a car like that, especially in what seemed an organized attack, it makes me wonder if there’s more behind this choice. Was there perhaps a personal vendetta involved, or is this typical behavior in these sorts of targeted attacks? My heart goes out to Ruben's family—having to relive that moment in court must've been incredibly tough. Any thoughts or similar cases you guys have come across that shed light on this kind of behavior?
