I can't stop thinking about how this tragedy unfolded in broad daylight, right in the middle of Los Angeles. It's so unsettling that someone could just walk up and pull the trigger like that. My heart goes out to Derris Hurth’s family and friends as they try to make sense of this senseless act. I'm curious about the vehicle Hurth was in. Was it his? Was he meeting someone? Maybe the car could provide some clues that haven't been shared with the public yet. If it belonged to someone else, maybe there's further connection there that could help lead to the suspect or motive. I truly hope that anyone with information, even if it seems insignificant, will reach out to LAPD detectives. It's important for us as a community to support the investigation and bring justice for Hurth and his loved ones.
