Has anyone else wondered about the timing of Luis Vega turning himself in? It seems strange that he evaded capture for weeks but then suddenly decides to surrender. What changed? Did he realize the walls were closing in, or is there something else at play here? It's troubling to think that Natasha Irizarry's daughters have to go through this ordeal without knowing the full story behind their mother's tragic loss. I hope they find some sort of peace and justice in all of this chaos. Thoughts?
