I just read about the tragic case of Waldemar Lucero, and it's been unsettling to know that the shooter(s) who took his life still haven’t been brought to justice. Something that struck me was the gap in time between his death and the memorial service. I can't even begin to imagine what his family went through during those weeks. The waiting and the uncertainty must have been unbearable, not to mention the weight of organizing a service while grappling with such a profound loss. It's so hard to believe that nobody has come forward yet. Every bit of information, no matter how small, could be crucial in helping to find answers. My thoughts are with his family; I truly hope they find closure and that the community comes together to support them in seeking justice. If anyone in the area knows anything, please reach out to the authorities. Lucero deserves it, and so do those who loved him.
