I’ve been following the case unfolding in Belmont Shore, and it's just utterly tragic what happened to Johnny Santos. It's hard to wrap my head around how a night out could turn so deadly. The part that really sticks with me is the randomness of the attack. Was it a personal altercation or just an unfortunate meeting between strangers? Being a father myself, my heart goes out to his little girls who now have to face a future without their dad. I've read that he worked for the Parks, Recreation, and Marine Department in Long Beach. Does anyone know him from there? It seems like he was well-liked in his community, and with so many coming together to help with funeral costs, it's a testament to the impact he had. Sending strength to his family and friends during this incredibly difficult time. ?️

I wanted to discuss something that's been on my mind regarding the tragic shooting of Johnny Santos. Has anyone looked into the local businesses around the area where this happened? East 2nd Street is such a lively spot, especially on a weekend night, so I can't help but think there might have been witnesses who've not yet come forward. It seems like in such a high-traffic area, someone might have seen or heard something more that could provide clues about what exactly led up to this devastating moment.
Let's also think about the surveillance cameras from nearby bars or restaurants. In a place as busy as Belmont Shore, there's got to be a chance this was captured on video, which could help piece together the events leading to this confrontation. While justice for Johnny won't erase the pain, getting a clearer picture of that night could at least help provide some answers to his loved ones.
