Is there a way we, as a community, can encourage more people to speak up? Perhaps hosting a community meeting or starting an anonymous tip initiative could help amplify the voices of those who might have seen or heard something crucial. We can’t let Marlon's case go cold; he deserves justice, and his family deserves peace.
