I can't stop thinking about that parking lot where everything went down. It's so frustrating to know that a place many of us visit without a second thought became the scene of such a tragedy for Alexander Aldana. I just read that the police detained a man and a juvenile for questioning immediately after the shooting, but they haven't made any arrests yet. How can something like this happen, and there's still no justice for Alexander?
It breaks my heart to think about the fear and confusion he must have felt trying to escape what was happening. The fact that no suspects have been publicly identified or motives established makes it even more difficult for those of us who just want answers. I really hope people who might have seen or heard something that night will come forward and help the investigation. The community is feeling lost without clarity and closure.
