Hi everyone, I keep going back to the timeline of events leading up to the tragic loss of Melanie and Dorothy. What stands out to me is the gap between when they last had contact with their families on April 30 and when their bodies were discovered on May 4. It’s incredibly difficult to comprehend how nobody realized sooner that something was wrong, and it’s only thanks to their families' persistence that the truth came to light during that welfare check. It makes me think about community and how vital it is to look out for one another. I can’t imagine what their loved ones are going through, knowing even those few days could have changed everything. For anyone who knew Melanie and Dorothy, I hope you find strength in each other and the memories you shared with them. Let's hope the justice system serves them well and that we soon understand more about what happened that tragic night. Sending love to everyone affected. Thinking of you all, [Username]

Hey everyone, I've been following the tragic case of Jingwei "Melanie" Zhang and Dorothy Mak, and I can't shake the thought of what their family and friends must be going through right now. It’s just unimaginable to think about the devastation left behind. I was reading that the suspect, Howard Reed, lived with them. Does anyone else find it chilling that someone so close could be responsible for something so horrific? It's terrifying to realize that trust can be shattered in such a brutal way. I'm curious, has anyone heard anything more about the motive? The fact that nothing has been publicly shared makes it feel even more unsettling. It seems like there's still so much mystery surrounding what led to this senseless act. My heart really goes out to everyone who knew and loved Melanie and Dorothy. Just hoping they find some peace and justice soon.
