Did anyone else notice the symbolic locations linked to these two incidents? North Commerce and West Vine are pretty central spots, and then there's Gordon Verner Circle, a bit more out of the way for anyone who's familiar with the area. I can't help but wonder if there's some planned significance to these places or if it's just a coincidence. I used to visit Stockton often, and even though every city has its rough patches, it's distressing to see this happening.
