Hey everyone, I came across Richard Emigdio Torres' case, and one detail that really sticks out to me is his car situation. His vehicle got a parking ticket in South San Francisco, just a day after he was last seen in Chula Vista. It’s so strange that there’s no further trace of him after that. Does anyone know if LE dusted the car for fingerprints or found any personal items inside? It feels like that parking ticket was the last breadcrumb. Also, did anyone witness him driving up the coast that day? Seems like in 1996, surveillance cameras weren't as common as they are now, but maybe someone remembers spotting his car on the highway or anything else that seemed unusual. Thoughts?

Has anyone looked into whether Richard had any connections or friends in the South San Francisco area? I find it a bit puzzling that his car was found there, but there’ve been no other leads or sightings. It seems like a pretty significant distance to travel without any clear reason, and it’s not like South SF is the final destination if he was planning on going to San Francisco itself. I wonder if anyone has checked local businesses or someone who might have interacted with him after he arrived. It’s been ages, but maybe someone saw something that hasn’t been reported? Hoping answers show up soon.
