It's concerning to hear about the gambling debt issue—it makes you wonder about the pressures and decisions people face in their daily lives that lead to such grim outcomes. It's a reminder of how important mental health and conflict resolution support can be in workplaces, especially in high-stress environments. I hope the VTA's offered grief counseling can provide some comfort and help prevent future tragedies. Has anyone heard if there are plans for a memorial for Reggie? Sometimes coming together as a community can be a powerful healer.
