The police managed to locate Baltazar Juarez so quickly after the initial shooting, which seems to have initially prevented him from causing any more harm. Their swift action in pursuing and ultimately locating Juarez at the park showed a commendable level of efficiency. However, I'm struggling to understand the standoff situation and how it led to Juarez ending his own life.
