Hi everyone, I came across something concerning about Rafael Saldana's tragic case that I think hasn't been brought up much yet. While I was reading up on the incident, I noticed that East L.A. Greens—where Rafael sadly lost his life—doesn’t appear to be officially licensed. This got me thinking about how many other dispensaries might be operating under the radar.
I'm wondering if there's any accountability for these places if they're not above board. More importantly, what about the safety protocols they have in place? It's deeply unsettling to think that people like Rafael might be put in greater danger simply because their employers aren't following the rules. It shouldn't be this way, and I truly feel for his family and loved ones having to navigate this mess. Has anyone else noticed similar issues in East L.A., or have any insights into how licensing impacts safety measures at dispensaries?
Let's hope we find answers and justice for Rafael soon. He deserved so much better.
I find it so distressing to read about what's happening with these unlicensed dispensaries. The tragic loss of Rafael Saldana has really shaken the community. I’ve been following the news on East L.A. Greens and it seems like there are quite a few dispensaries operating in this legal gray area. It makes you wonder about the oversight and regulations in place. Are there enough resources to ensure these businesses are safe and compliant? I can’t help but think that if tighter regulations and frequent inspections were in place, maybe things could have been different. It’s just so upsetting that his life was cut short while he was simply doing his job. Sending strength and prayers to his family and hope that justice can be served for Rafael. ?
I can't stop thinking about the circumstances surrounding the dispensary where Rafael Saldana worked. It’s deeply concerning that East L.A. Greens might not even be fully licensed. This raises so many questions about what kind of environment Rafael and others like him are working in. If it turns out that the dispensary was operating without the proper permits, it highlights a glaring issue with oversight and regulation in the area.
It's just so sad that Rafael, who by all accounts was a dedicated and kind person, was put in such a vulnerable position. Working as a security guard is already risky enough, but to then factor in a potentially unregulated business? It just doesn’t seem right. My thoughts are with his family and friends during this incredibly difficult time. I hope this serves as a wake-up call for stricter checks and better safety measures for all dispensaries in the area.
