I can't stop thinking about the financial impact this horrible situation has had on Martavious Pryor's mom, Dedrus Peterson. She's already dealing with the unimaginable loss of her son, and now she's faced with financial hardships on top of that. It's so tough knowing she had to rely on her church for help with the cremation costs because a burial was just too expensive. On top of everything, she's trying to make ends meet for her other kids, just worrying about keeping the lights on. It feels so incredibly unfair that she has to deal with all these struggles when she should be allowed to just grieve. I really hope the community continues to rally around her and that this case sees some justice soon. If there's any way anyone in the area can help by donating or providing resources, it could really make a difference for this family in such a tough time.
