I've been thinking about Tor's case and something that stands out to me is the fact that his truck was found stolen and stripped. It makes me wonder if the vehicle being a distinctive black 1988 Chevy with those custom Cadillac taillights might have made it a target. Maybe someone spotted it and trailed him, leading to a dangerous situation? It's worrying to think that a simple detour or moment of being lost could have exposed him to opportunistic criminals in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. Did the modifications on his truck make it more valuable or conspicuous, thereby increasing the risk involved? It’s a tragic mystery that so little has been found out, especially since it seemed like he was just trying to find his way. Has anyone with knowledge of the area seen suspicious activity or know why his truck would have been stripped like this?
Hey everyone, I've been following Tor Robert Bilet's case for a while, and something about the details just doesn't sit right with me. I keep thinking about the route he took and how it seems like such an odd choice. Why would Tor, supposedly heading to Sisters, Oregon, keep going further into the Gifford Pinchot National Forest on Forest Service Road 25? I know he was lost and all, but that road would have taken him away from the main highways and deeper into the wilderness.
The fact that he was last seen in Randle before disappearing from Known Routes suggests he might have been more confused than we assume. Could the medication he was on have contributed to this? People who knew him say he was clear-headed before starting those meds. Has anyone looked into whether others have had similar disorientation issues with this medication? The more I think about this, the more it seems like a crucial piece of the puzzle might lie in understanding his state of mind when he veered off his intended path.
I'm curious if anyone has connections with local doctors or pharmacists who might shed some light on side effects that align with his actions. Also, if there's anyone around Morton or Randle who remembers seeing him or his truck, it could really help to know more about how he seemed at that time.

Let's keep this discussion going and see if we can bring some new insights to Tor's case!
