Has anyone else been following the updates on the tragic shooting at the 4:13 Strong facility? My heart really goes out to Michael Harvell's family, especially since it sounds like he was just trying to support his stepson through a difficult situation. I'm curious if anyone has thoughts on the safety protocols at these kinds of residential programs. It seems like they really need to reassess how they handle conflicts to prevent something like this from happening again. It's just so sad to think that a place meant to help people could become so unsafe. If anyone has more insights or knows how these programs typically work, I'd love to hear.
