It’s truly upsetting to hear about the recent tragedy involving Raybon "Ray Ray" Porter. I’ve been following this community and the continuous violence around Illuzion Bar & Lounge. It’s alarming to consider how frequently these incidents occur—places meant for enjoyment turning into hotspots of danger. What strikes me is the randomness of it all. Being at the wrong place at the wrong time shouldn't dictate one's fate, especially for someone as young and vibrant as Ray Ray. The fact that he was just chatting with a friend, something we all do, and ended up losing his life is terrifying. My heart goes out to his family, particularly his little boy, Rayden. I can’t imagine what it feels like growing up without the guiding light of a father. I sincerely hope that the local authorities ramp up their efforts to tackle these violent outbreaks. It's crucial for the community to come together to demand change and for everyone to feel safe in their own neighborhood. If anyone knows or has seen anything, please speak up. Staying silent only allows this cycle of violence to continue.
