I can't stop thinking about the families affected by this horrible incident. My heart really goes out to Edin's loved ones who have to endure such a senseless loss. It's beyond tragic that a dispute over something as trivial as beer money could escalate to such violence. I noticed that some witnesses mentioned Edin had a tendency to get into fights when drinking, and while that might explain some of the altercation, it doesn't justify what happened. Nobody deserves to lose their life over a heated moment. I hope that justice is served, and the truth comes to light during the trial. Does anyone else think discussions around de-escalation should become more prevalent to prevent tragedies like this? It's vital we learn from these situations to ensure they happen less and less.
