I’ve been following the tragic case of Wallace Weaver's murder and something that's been on my mind is the sheer volume of gunfire. Thirty shell casings found at the scene is just overwhelming. It's hard to even fathom the level of intent behind such a brazen act. It makes me wonder if it was a planned attack, or if something provoked this outburst in the moment. Was it a targeting mistake? My heart goes out to his family and to the woman who was injured. They now have to carry the trauma of this terrible violence. It’s unsettling how gun violence continues to plague communities, and I can only hope the investigation brings some answers soon. If anyone has any leads, I urge you to come forward. Wallace deserves justice, and his family and friends deserve peace. Please stay safe out there, everyone.
