Hey everyone, I've been following the updates on the Lawncrest shooting and I've been thinking a lot about the role of mental health in situations like these. It's incredibly difficult to imagine the type of mental state someone might be in to harm their family in such a horrific way. Jahad Snead's actions have left a profound impact on those he hurt, and understanding what led to this tragedy is crucial. It’s important that we talk about mental health resources available, not just for those directly affected by violence, but for anyone who might be struggling. If, like me, you’re also left wondering what could have been done to prevent this, it might be a good reminder for us all to look out for each other and ourselves too. My thoughts are with the families of Denise, Gregory, and Nina during this devastating time. Stay safe and take care of yourselves.
