Hey everyone, I’ve been following the tragic incident at the baby shower in Pittsburgh, and I keep thinking about the aftermath for those who were there. It’s just unimaginable to think of a joyful event turning into such chaos. For all the friends and family who were attending to celebrate new life, this must be an incredibly traumatic experience. My heart goes out to them, especially thinking about having to process something like this amidst the joy of welcoming a new baby. I also can't stop pondering about those who stayed behind to help others amidst the panic. The strength it must take to switch from celebration mode to rescue and support is astounding. Does anyone know if there are resources being offered to the attendees and the community for trauma counseling?
